Getting to know Tayler Jordan

I work with people who are tired of quick fixes and want care that looks at the whole picture. My approach is holistic and patient-centered, which means I want to understand your life, your values, and your goals, not just your symptoms. This might include medication management, genetic or functional lab testing, nervous system support, nutrition, lifestyle shifts, or safe medication tapering if that is your goal. We work together every step of the way so you feel supported. Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, struggling with persistent worry, or feeling weighed down by sadness, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your feelings without judgment. Together, we uncover the underlying factors that may be contributing to your distress and create a plan that actually fits you. I am here to walk alongside you with expertise, empathy, compassion, and respect. I offer longer intake appointments (60–120 minutes) because your story deserves time. Same-week appointments available. If you are ready for care that sees the whole you, mind, body, and spirit, I would be honored to help you get back to feeling well again.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Mental health struggles can show up everywhere: in your sleep, relationships, work, even the way you talk to yourself. In our work together, you're never just a diagnosis or a checklist. I take the time to understand the root cause so we can create care that helps you feel more grounded and supported. I provide holistic, patient-centered care that addresses the root causes of mental health challenges. Specializing in grief, anxiety, and depression, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support focused on the whole person to restore balance, clarity, and lasting well-being. Together, we'll identify underlying factors affecting your well-being and design a personalized plan. Patient Disclaimer – Insurance Coverage Please note that our office does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans at this time. Patients with Medicaid or Medicare coverage are welcome to receive care on a self-pay basis, meaning full payment will be due at the time of service. We encourage all patients to verify their insurance benefits and network status prior to scheduling or receiving services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to patient care is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and holistic understanding. I believe that every individual’s story is unique, and effective healing begins with being fully seen, heard, and understood. I take time to look at the whole person, not just symptoms or diagnoses, but the physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental factors that influence well-being. Together, we explore how lifestyle, relationships, and stressors impact mental health and identify strategies that support balance and resilience. Grounding and mindfulness techniques are often incorporated into sessions to help patients reconnect with the present moment, regulate emotions, and develop a sense of safety within their bodies. Most importantly, treatment is a collaborative process. I work alongside each patient to develop an individualized care plan that aligns with their goals, values, and pace. My role is to guide, educate, and support; empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey
