About Tayler Stephens
Tayler Stephens, PA-C, is an OB/GYN certified physician assistant at Kelsey-Seybold. Tayler attended the University of Texas at Austin, completing her Bachelor of Science in human development and family services in 2016. She then went to Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina, to earn her Master of Science in physician assistant studies in 2020. Tayler joined Kelsey-Seybold in December 2024.
Fulfilling a lifelong dream to enter the medical field, Tayler enjoys making a tangible difference in her patients’ lives. As a certified physician assistant, Tayler provides a wide range of care for her patients, including well-woman exams, preconception counseling, contraceptive management, and prenatal care. She also diagnoses and treats patients for conditions such as ovarian cysts, menstrual disorders, breast disorders, sexually transmitted infections and diseases, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine leiomyomas, endometriosis, and more. Tayler’s favorite part of medicine is building trusting relationships with patients and working as a part of care teams in delivering the best care to patients.

My experience with this OB-GYN was absolutely amazing. She really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered every question with so much patience and care. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. The assistant was also incredibly sweet and helpful.
As a Black woman, it meant so much to feel truly seen, heard, and understood during my visit something I had really been hoping to find. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and cared for. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an OB-GYN who’s gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients.
