“Fabulous Dr but the office could use some improvements. They need a dedicated check out person versus have the front desk staff handle everything. They should have a sign in sheet so they know who is next and call them up versus an awkward line forming at the front. The technology seemed to be problematic for almost every patient, which is concerning. New patients are asked to fill out forms on their cell phone which is terrible, especially for older individuals (at a minimum supply an iPad) and the new patient forms should be sent in advance for seamless check in. No one was rude or anything just an awkward and disorganized experience that could easily be avoided. ”
