Had an appointment set up in Lebanon. Was told provider was in gallatin. I agreed to go to gallatin. Called the gallatin office to confirm my appointment and they didn’t have me in system. Wanted to move my dates around, but that didn’t work for my schedule as I specifically asked for this day and received confirmation that I could be seen. Wasted a day off work to get no help from this office.
