He completed his residency at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He served as Chief Resident at St. John Hospital and Medical Center during his final year of residency training. Dr. Moraczewski is a current member of several professional medical organizations, including the American Medical Association (AMA), the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP), and is a board member of the Medical Association of Atlanta (MAA). Additionally, he is a member of the Quality Resource Efficiency Committee (QREC) for Quality Care Providers, Inc. (QCPI) and the Georgia Credentialing Committee (GCC) with Anthem Health. Dr. Moraczewski is passionate about teaching residents and promoting interconnectivity amongst physicians and fulfills these passions in his roles as the Director of Ambulatory Care of the Transitional Residency Program at Northside-Gwinett Medical Center and as Chairman of the North Fulton Chapter of Wellstar Clinical Partners. Dr. Moraczewski and his wife, who also works in the healthcare field, have three children in different phases of medical training as physicians in their specialties. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by rowing.
