Hello! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in health care. I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, and anxiety. I also collaborate closely with local LGBTQ+ organizations to provide both primary and mental health care. I am double certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My goal is to help my patients find relief from their conditions and achieve long-term stability.
While I specialize in medication management for mental health conditions, I believe it is equally important to help my patients develop effective coping skills. To support this, I provide extensive education and guidance about their symptoms and diagnoses. I make sure to explain the purpose of each medication, including any possible side effects. I encourage my patients to ask questions and remind them that I am a partner in their mental health journey.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
