Teresa started off okay...def brusque all throughout our experience. The mental health situation at hand is complicated so we prob tolerated more than we should have and regret having as many appts as we did. She is high end compared to psychiatrists. She kept adding medications instead of getting to root cause. On multiple occasions she texted after 1130 pm, well into the morning. On even more occasions, she called in the wrong prescriptions and it ALWAYS took over more than a week for her to attend to processing prior authorizations, regardless if meds were out or running out. Two times she prescribed two different brand name medications to take together that the pharmacist informed us was very unsafe. Her overall demeanor seems frazzled, overwhelmed, 1 track mind-not helpful/ mindful of the patients needs. She was very unorganized, asking for us to join appts early or she would arrive late then cut times short. We are extremely unhappy with our collective experiences.

I have been going to Teresa since early 2018, where she took me on as a new patient, after months of searching for therapists specializing in Adult ADD/ADHD (my former therapist had to abruptly end his practice due to health issues at the time).
Teresa has a great personality that puts me at ease. She gives very helpful insight/advice or helping me to be proactive with my anxiety.
She also schedules me at regular intervals for bloodwork, as my Rx is controlled substance. That is a step that is very important to me (and BTW, many therapist will skip), as she is not just focused on the psychiatric side of things, but my overall general health.

Teresa Blatt has helped me out of a terribly dark place. She listened with compassion and helped me get back to feeling happy and healthy. I never wait more than 5 minutes to see her at appointments. Very professional and understanding of my situation. I would recommend her to anyone seeking help with mental health .

Teresa took the time to get to know me and my concerns. I never felt rushed or unheard which is very important to me. She was very open to my opinions regarding my care which is something I’ve never experienced with other providers so I was very appreciative of that. I highly recommend Teresa for any mental health concerns you may be having. You’re more than just a number to her!
