“My provider and nurse Heather were fantastic, had a very stressful situation going on, and they handled the diagnosis as well as my freaking out perfectly. However the staff outside for example reception were unprofessional, drama talk the entire time, talk of other patients as well, but every office I’ve gone to has that issue, I also waited for what felt like forever but only an hour or so to get back and be seen, annoying but as soon as I got into a room the doctor rolled in promptly after which is great! I’m used to getting sent to a room and then waiting another 30 if not another hour!”

About Teresa Patin

Teresa received her associate degree in nursing and furthered her education at the University of Texas at El Paso, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2000. In 2008, she graduated from the same university with her Master’s of Science in Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. We are pleased to bring in a clinician with years of experience providing excellent care for women.
Some of Teresa’s favorite hobbies include gardening, reading, and swimming in her pool. She loves hanging out with her dogs and taking them to dog parks. Teresa’s favorite color is green, and her favorite vacation spot is the sunny and tropical islands of Hawaii.

Tbh this was one of those things you just have to get done. I made an 11 am appointment set up all the paperwork then… arrived redid all the paperwork and waited…. 57 min… so I left. I have other things to do, A pap shouldn’t require an hour waiting. I was the only one in the waiting room.
