Their walls are paper, thin. Employees did not come across as very professional. They were having conversations that were very loud and laughing and being silly. It was so loud that I could hear them as I was trying to talk to the PA.

Such a comforting experience. Usually dealing with dr’s it’s always embarrassing and kinda uncomfortable. With Dr.Teri and her staff,they made it feel comfortable and didn’t feel judged for the concerns I had or the reason for the visit. They all had great customer service and bedside manner which is lacked in with majority of healthcare providers and staff.

From the moment I walked in for my appointment the entire staff was attentive, responsive and professional. Terri Toadvine APRN was very caring and sweet. I didn’t feel rushed as she took the time to answer all my questions. I feel like I am in excellent hands with her. Her staff truly reflects her friendliness and made it a nice experience.
