She is registered with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and licensed by the State of Florida and Texas. Recognizing that the struggle with any type of disordered eating and restorative nutrition is difficult to navigate on your own, Terri's expertise can guide you in making the choices and changes that are right for your lifestyle and life goals. "Nutrition Therapy encompasses nutritional, as well as, underlying emotional and habitual contributors to eating behaviors. I work collaboratively with both the client and other members of the treatment team to provide an individualized care plan that meets your needs. Providing a comfortable and safe space to discuss concerns and ask questions freely is a top priority for me. Getting to know each other is always at the top of my list! From there, we will work to get a clear picture of your goals and how to best get there. Together we will develop a treatment plan and reasonable goals that can work around your specific lifestyle obstacles.
