Very good experience. They were incorrectly listed as out of network but they made clear (and paperwork confirmed) that they only collect from the insurance company, not from the patient on out of network costs. Doctor was fantastic.

After just one visit with Dr. Robertson most patients decide to make him their primary podiatrist. Patients of our clinic have received such excellent care that, up until now, the majority of our business came from word-of-mouth referrals. Dr. Robertson was entrusted with New York Foot Center after the previous physician retired because of his great rapport with patients and his diverse knowledge of both podiatric medicine and surgical procedures.

ZocDoc indicated EmblemHealth, my insurance plan, was accepted by Dr. Robertson but as of 7/1/18, he no longer accepts it. Therefore, I wasted the afternoon, as he would have charged me out of network.
In addition, the staff thought my appointment was for Saturday and I had to wait 30 minutes to see the Dr.

His demeanor and bed side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. I have had nothing but positive experience with Dr. Robertson and Michel, his office manager. The office is brand new and they run ontime. My first contact was with Michel and I was blown away by how helpful he was. Dr. Robertson is all I could hope for in a medical practitioner. He has provided the best care and he is encyclopedic with medical knowledge, treats the whole person and takes time to be caring while maintaing a very efficient office.

Highly recommend. Dr. Robertson was readily knowledgeable. Made my diagnosis easily, showed me what he was seeing and explained it thoroughly. Answered my questions completely. His staff is very friendly, courteous and gracious (I was a few minutes late).
Practice has its own separate entry in large mixed residential-business building. Multiple podiatrists located inside lobby of building—his has its own separate entrance from the outside. I got a little lost until redirected by doorman.
