About Dr. Justin Erfanian
Dr. Erfanian is a dedicated podiatrist with specialized training in all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University before pursuing his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. During his
medical training, he contributed to research that was presented at the Annual Scientific Conference of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Dr. Erfanian went on to complete a rigorous residency program at the prestigious NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, where he received advanced training in both conservative and
surgical management of foot and ankle conditions. His residency also included rotations at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he worked under leading specialists
in the field. Throughout his training, Dr. Erfanian gained hands-on experience managing a wide array of foot and ankle disorders, including but not limited to trauma, sports injuries, elective
surgery, diabetic complications and wound care. His interests include all facets of podiatric medicine, with an emphasis on sports medicine injuries and cosmetic surgery of the foot.
Dr. Erfanian is committed to providing patient-centered care that focuses on improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing overall quality of life. He believes in working collaboratively with
patients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals and lifestyle, while emphasizing patient education to ensure that individuals feel informed and supported
throughout their care. Dr. Erfanian stays up to date with the latest in podiatric care through ongoing education and hands-on training to provide his patients with the most modern and
effective treatment options available.

Toetal Podiatry provided me with exceptional care. The staff is friendly, considerate and courteous. Dr. Justin Erfanian is simply terrific. He took all of the time that I needed and answered every one of my questions, so that when I left I had no doubts about what I needed to do to get better. His prescription was spot on and within days my symptoms dissipated drastically and my Plantar Fasciitis felt so much better. My only regret is that I didn’t see him earlier. I couldn’t recommend him and Toetal any higher.

I reside upstate so that i was seeing Dr. Erfanian on an emergency basis and had no prior information about him or the practice aside from a few reviews.
Dr. Erfanian was aware that this was a one-time visit but nevertheless was kind, thorough, knowledgeable. He took his time diagnosing and explaining my issue and treated it with a steroid injection after ruling out a medication due to a possible negative interaction with another medication I am taking. He even telephoned me the next day to see how I was doing. He is truly a prince of a guy and knows his stuff. Highly recommend him.

He is extremely knowledgeable, calm, and easy to talk to, took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Dr. Erfanian is hands down the best podiatrist I’ve ever seen. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained what was going on, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The entire visit felt seamless from start to finish (and barely any wait time which is SO rare). Whether you’re dealing with pain, an injury, or just need a check up, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Erfanian. He’s attentive, experienced, and really goes above and beyond. So grateful I found him. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend him to all my friends and family!
