The doctor seemed impatient and was talking very fast. Barely able to understand what he was saying. Everything was very rushed which gave me anxiety. Hopefully next time he will spend more time on my visit. Optum should stop pressuring doctors to take so many patients and focus more on quality not quantity. That’s a bad policy.

Dr. Vuong is an excellent doctor. From the minute he walked in the room, he had a very pleasant demeanor. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I was recommended by an acquaintance and I’m so grateful that I made the appointment. I’m usually very picky with the doctors I choose. You just know when your gut instinct tells you so!
