Hi, I'm Tesheika.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work and life that you have to juggle? Do you find it hard to maintain your health and relationships? Are you having a difficult time being yourself?
I'm here to help individuals suffering from various issues, such as depression and anxiety. It can be frightening to seek treatment, but it's the right decision. I'll help you overcome the obstacles that keep you from reaching your full potential. During our sessions, I'll utilize evidence-based techniques and compassionate approaches to help you transform your life.
I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing from Regis College, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, empathetic care tailored to your unique needs.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During sessions, I will help clients identify their personal goals and find healthy ways to work towards them. A collaborative approach will be used to assist clients in problem-solving, and working towards healthier thoughts, actions, and relationships. Clients will learn useful strategies, skills, and techniques to use in their day-to-day lives.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
