Tessie and her office staff exceeded my expectations. Tessie arrived early for our appointment and she was extremely kind and welcoming from the very first minute. She took the time to ask me questions, listened, asked my opionion on recommendations for medication management. I really felt heard and validated. My appointment was helpful and I will be moving forward with treatment with Tessie. She is beyond kind, compassionante and you can tell she is genuine

I was very pleased with my provider Tessie Eberhart. Although the office Personal Practitioners appointment openings reflected on Zocdoc were not accurate, Tessie was able to squeeze me in same day. She was extremely kind & understanding. She took a thorough medical history. Gave me many options for meds, resources for therapy, immediately sent over the prescriptions and forms I needed to fill out. But most importantly you can tell she is a sweet soul who listens and genuinely cares about you. I can’t recommend her enough. I’m looking forward to my next session with her.

She's been very good at explaining new medications and what they do, as well as working with me to find what helps me the best. She is kind and down to earth, and I couldn't recommend her more to someone needing care.

She was very attentive to my problems and it felt like she went to lengths to make sure that my diagnosis was correct and the medication that I was prescribed was helpful. She gave me many suggestions and choices throughout my treatment that made me feel like I could really get my diagnosis under control.

Tessie is amazing! She makes me feel seen and heard, has great bedside manner, is understanding and non-judgmental, and doesn't make me feel nervous or bad about discussing medication needs and options (which is such a relief as someone with adult ADHD!). I couldn't recommend Tessie enough and look forward to my next appointment with her!

I really appreciated how kindand understanding Tessie was. She gave me hopes that my current situation can be improved with counseling and trying new medication. She promptly sent y medication over to my pharmacy and I was able to start it immediately. I am looking forward to my next visit with her and would recommend her to anyone.
