Psychotherapeutic support (including CBT-informed, supportive, and solution-focused approaches)
Education and empowerment, so you understand your diagnosis and treatment options
Trauma-informed care, with respect for your personal experiences and boundaries
I prioritize thoughtful prescribing, avoiding unnecessary medications and focusing on treatments with proven benefit. Medication decisions are made collaboratively, and I encourage questions so you feel confident and informed.
