First, after I booked this appointment, it was immediately changed to a different location in New Hyde Park. Then once I receive the confirmation, it had a different providers name and when I called the office, they assured me this was just the doctor on file for insurance purposes and that I would be able to see the provider I booked with. Once I arrive to the office, I saw a completely different provider and they didn’t have a reason why I wasn’t seeing the person I booked with. There definitely needs to be more communication. If for whatever reason you can’t see the provider you booked with they should either send an email or make a phone call.

When I arrived to my appointment I let the receptionist know that I had an appointment with Dr.Berry and she stated that there was no doctor by that name working there, so I was told I would be seen by the attending physician dr. Sheila Robert’s. She examined me thoroughly and answered some questions I had but I was just disappointed that I wasn’t notified days before that the initial doctor I had was not who I was going to be seeing that day.

I was not seen by this provider which felt very strange. I felt rushed, dismissed and received generic advice from the person I was seen by. She also seemed to order a lot of labs but did not explain what she was testing for nor did she explain any results she got back while I was in the office. She seemed agitated by my questions. I also felt judged when I asked questions about STD prevention/medication. Office environment, sonogram tech and lab team very pleasant. the NP not so much.

The provider shown was not present at this office. I specifically chose based off of what was shown and I received the complete opposite. The provider I met with was not pleasant at all actually one of the worst visits I’ve ever had at the gyn. She made me feel very uncomfortable and did not answer my question or really listen to me. The office staff and office manager were very pleasant and eager to help.

I didn't get to see this provider. When I arrived there was one woman still there who told me everyone had gone home and I should book another appointment for tomorrow. I don't know who's fault this is but either the practice or ZocDoc messed up by allowing me to book this appointment. It was also not close by to where I live, so I had to take a taxi there and back. I will not be back at the risk of being inconvenienced again.

I didn’t see the doctor I booked for but the NP was Subrina Geer and she was amazing. Her energy when she walked in the room was very warm. I didn’t feel rushed, and she listened to all my concerns. She made sure to run all the necessary test and blood work to make sure they get to the bottom of my concerns. I felt this place had a lot to offer because I was able to do an ultrasound and blood work in one building instead of a bunch of referrals. I’ve been looking for a new gyn and I believe I found the right place

Irina spoiled my experience at the office. She was being extremely rude to a very kind nurse. The conversation was not kind and very unprofessional. The nurse was accommodating a patient that arrived 1 hr early for her results. She wanted the patient to wait an hr for her results vs. having her seen in 10 mins. That was in such poor taste and the patient waiting room was not full so it wasn’t like she couldn’t. I have a feeling Irina is a bully and I don’t say this lightly, but a racist!
Don’t have any dealings with her. The remainder of the staff are so kind and supportive.
