She still took time to see me, even though we had to start the session very late, due to my needing to fill out paperwork. I am Theresia Mushi, PMHNP-BC, founder of Open Arm Mental Health Care LLC. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults through both in-person and telehealth visits.
My focus is on helping people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mood disorders. I believe healing happens when patients feel heard, supported, and involved in their care. My sessions combine medication management, education, and compassionate conversation to help you reach your goals and feel like yourself again.
Before opening my practice, I worked in various mental health settings, caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds. That experience taught me that every person’s journey is unique — and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to mental wellness.
At Open Arm Mental Health Care, my goal is simple: to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest about how you feel and get the support you need to move forward.
