**This practice is out of network with all insurances besides Medicare** DR. TJ ABRAMS CHIROPRACTOR Dr. TJ Abrams grew up in Monmouth county playing football and baseball since he can remember. Dr. Abrams began his health care career at the young age of 18, when he received his first personal training certification. He fell in love with helping others reach their fitness goals. After obtaining 3 different training certifications, he decided to turn his passion for helping his personal training clients into helping patients. Dr. Abrams received his doctorate at the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic. His treatment style consists largely of evidence based practices which include hands on therapy with an emphasis on strength training. Dr. Abrams is constantly motivating his patients to not only see the chiropractor but to also include resistance training into their rehab protocol. When Dr. Abrams isn’t treating patients, he loves to golf, ride his motorcycle, and cry at the TV or at MetLife stadium when the NY Giants are playing
