About Dr. Thomas Costello
Born and raised on Long Island, I started my career in patient care as a physical therapist before returning to school to pursue my dream of practicing medicine. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed my residency in Family Medicine at Stony Brook Medicine. It has always been my passion to help people.
I recognize our region’s landscape of great healthcare opportunities and am honored to be invited into my patients’ lives to help navigate a path to good health.

Dr. Costello has been my primary doctor for the last couple years. He’s been fantastic with communication, explaining everything from my blood work, to my diet and lifestyle to make sure I stay healthy. He’s the best doctor I’ve been to and he’s someone who I believe truly cares for his patients. It’s always a thorough process whether it’s a physical or a follow up.

Was very attentive to all areas of body health. He made sure to ask plenty of health history questions to better understand areas of the body that could be of issue/diagnosis. Very personal-able and amazing at communication.
