After college, he worked in Neuro-Ophthalmology and Ocuplastics in Chevy Chase, MD for 4 years as an ophthalmic technician before graduating with Honors from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2014. Thomas is a member of the Alpha Eta Honor Society, American Academy of Physician Assistants and Association of Neurosurgical Physician Assistants and is licensed to practice medicine in the District of Columbia and Maryland. He has a clinical interest in comprehensive back pain management including minimally invasive and complex spine surgery, spine surgery revisions, brain and spine tumors and neuro-trauma.
