What should a new client know about working with you?

I use an integrative approach combining some concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy to help increase self-compassion, build skills for coping, and help to tame your inner critic.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

On your first visit, the focus is on me getting to know you -- making sure we are on the same page about what you would like to get out of therapy, and how I can support you in making progress toward your goals.
