Showed up 16 minutes late to our appointment. I only needed a prescription refilled, he told me he had contacted them and set my refill. After six hours I called the pharmacy and they told me they never received my prescription

I have had many doctors in the past who (idk how to say this) ‘doctor over me. ‘ it does not feel good to be in that relationship with someone who you are vulnerable with and is there to help safeguard your health physical and mental. Dr. Ondara listens to me and takes me seriously and I feel like we are a team. That gives me a sense of confidence and peace and I am grateful for that.

Thomas is, quite possibly, the most helpful NP I've ever interacted with. He was timely, listened well as I described what was going on with me AND listened to what prescription I wanted, and has been incredibly present throughout the prescription process. My RX has to go through a specialty pharmacy, and he has been patient and accommodating throughout the whole process.
