My mom has been experiencing severe cognitive decline and slowing motor skills over the past 2 years, her regular doctors offer no solutions. We are finally getting to the root of her Parkinson's issues and with Dr. Hoang's guidance making positive steps toward progress. Dr. Hoang was extremely knowledgable and has her finger on the pulse of progressive therapies along with taking a deep dive into root causes with empathy and care. We are sincerely pleased, and plan to continue.

Staff don’t answer calls, and messages come late or incorrect. I couldn’t see the doctor—very frustrating. I hope this doesn’t reflect the physician.

I like that she is a dual doctor that she practices Western medicine and she also is very knowledgeable about holistic approaches as well. She don't just try to push medicine on you and she gets to the root of why you would need the medicine anyway and she don't mind running test. Even test I've never heard of or no doctors ever offered. I happy I found a new doctor for myself.

Doctor didn’t listen to me and blamed my issues on my diet without asking me what my diet was. Took forever to get to me too. When I expressed my concern for a gene mutation that runs in my family I was immediately dismissed. Other staff was kind and friendly though, too bad the doctor doesn’t care to listen to her patients.

Was my first visit. The staff let me know that they were behind schedule due to traffic and the wait was over an hour. I wish they had called ahead and given me the option to reschedule. I couldn't get bloodwork done because no one informed me to fast ahead of the appointment. Otherwise the facility was clean and everyone was friendly and respectful. Dr.Hoang seemed like she was in a bit of a rush (probably a result of delays) but she heard out all of my concerns. It was an unlucky first impression, but overall no complaints.
