About Thuy-Tien Pham

Thuy-Tien (pronounced "Twee") is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in dermatology and critical care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Emory University, graduating summa cum laude through the prestigious Veterans Affairs Nursing Academic Scholars Program. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Thuy has nearly a decade of dermatology experience, beginning her career as a dermatology medical assistant before becoming a registered nurse and later advancing into her current role as a nurse practitioner. She has worked extensively in both medical and surgical dermatology, assisting with Mohs procedures, skin cancer excisions, biopsies, and cosmetic treatments. In addition, she has a strong foundation in critical care, having served as a Neurocritical ICU charge nurse at Emory University Hospital Midtown. Her clinical interests include skin cancer prevention, acne management, and both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and is passionate about educating them on maintaining healthy skin. Outside of work, Thuy enjoys spending time with her husband and family, traveling, and staying active.
