I also support clients who are working on boundaries, communication skills, burnout, perfectionism, or executive functioning struggles. In our work together I’ll invite you to be honest, curious, and open to exploring parts of yourself that may feel vulnerable or unfamiliar. My role isn’t to give you all the answers – rather I am here to help you make sense of your experiences and access the insight you already hold. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships you desire.
