This nurse practitioner does not take my insurance even though it showed she was in my provider network. I was confirmed for my appointment through email and phone calls weeks in advance and the day before as well. Once I arrived for my two week scheduled appointment I was turned away because they didn’t take my insurance. I was asked for a extremely high co pay if I still wanted to be seen. There are multiple incidence’s from others that have experienced this too if you look at the reviews. I am handicap and my partner drove me there at 9:17am, well before my scheduled appointment time. I was told “they are working on the insurance mistake with Zocdoc , “I’m a physician myself. This is malpractice and false information. Please research this nurse practitioner before committing. Highly unprofessional. I reported her and her practice to Zocdoc.

I had a very pleasant experience today with Mrs. Wright. She was very knowledgeable, she explained everything to me in great detail and broke down everything to me in the simplest terms. She was patient , attentive and addressed all my questions concerns . I was very pleased with the choice I made for my PC.

Booked a 9:00 appointment but they office doesn't open until 9:00. My appointment should have been booked for 9:30 instead so I would have time to fill out my intake papers before my appointment. Staff was not friendly.

I saw provider Kelly Liggons as Tierra Wright isn’t presently accepting new patients, but I have absolutely zero regrets about it! I was greeted upon entry, the office was beautiful, and when it was my turn to be seen by Kelly, she was more than a great listener, extremely patient, noted my concerns, explained the medical relevance of my concern, talked about a strategic plan, and even made me laugh a bit. This was more than a qualitative visit and worth every minute that I spent. I have already told multiple friends and family members my recommendation. ?

I was 2 minutes late coming all the way from Summerlin and this provider would not see me. They wanted me to rebook and there was no one else in the waiting room!
Fat chance of that, they lost this patient forever!

I came to this office once & it wasn't a bad experience. The wait time was long, but I didn't care. This 2nd time was absolutely embarrassing. I wasn't even seen by the person I booked, but she was there, which confused me. I waited over an hour past my appointment to be seen, which I understood because it's 2 rooms & there was a good amount of people being seen. The worst part was that the person who actually took my appointment was openly discussing my visit with the original person I booked out loud in front of the whole office. They attempted to "whisper" and failed. What I heard one of them say truly hurt my feelings, Rude & was super unprofessional. I honestly will be looking for another provider. It was one of the saddest and most embarrassing appointments I've ever experienced in my life. It hurts more because I thought I was supporting women who would possibly understand me as a person. Sadly, I was wrong. Im not even upset. Im truly just sad & disappointed with it all.

This office was rude to us .we arrived before our appointment was 9AM their door was open but they let us wait standing outside their door. There was no communication prior to appointment to confirm or discuss next steps.
Called office number listed and was told they were unaware of appointment and didn't usually work with Zocdoc and they didn't do video appointments for the 1st visit even though system let me schedule as a new patient.

I can not recommend this office due to its consistent organizational errors.
I booked an appointment as a new patient with a provider, when I arrived I was told there was an error that the provider didn’t work on that particular day of the week.
Instead I saw another provider, who ended up being great!
I just had another appointment, and I decided to call the office on Friday since Monday was a holiday, I thought it was strange to have an appointment. The office told me it was good to go.
Monday I call again before I heading over, I’m told my provider is on vacation until Wednesday. this happened two times in two visits. I rescheduled with my provider for the following week.
After some thought, I decided to not continue at this practice but as a courtesy called to cancel the appointment. I’m told there was no appointment rescheduled, my previous appointment was categorized as a “NO SHOW”.
Needless to say I made the right choice in looking for another primary care provider.
