-Semaglutide weight loss programs starting at $299/month
-Tirzepatide weight loss programs starting at $399/month
-All weight loss programs include a one-time $100 startup fee
-Telehealth visits starting at $110 (prescriptions included when appropriate)
-Concierge Primary Care memberships starting at $89/month
Solé also offers additional medication purchasing options outside of membership programs.
At this time, Solé Aesthetics & Wellness is a cash-pay practice. Insurance acceptance is currently in progress. HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
Please note that appointment fee covers your initial consultation only. Payment and all required consent forms must be completed at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments with incomplete payment or missing consents may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.
Additional fees may apply if further treatment, services, or programs are recommended. Any recommended services and associated costs will be discussed with your provider during your consultation before proceeding with treatment.

This nurse practitioner does not take my insurance even though it showed she was in my provider network. I was confirmed for my appointment through email and phone calls weeks in advance and the day before as well. Once I arrived for my two week scheduled appointment I was turned away because they didn’t take my insurance. I was asked for a extremely high co pay if I still wanted to be seen. There are multiple incidence’s from others that have experienced this too if you look at the reviews. I am handicap and my partner drove me there at 9:17am, well before my scheduled appointment time. I was told “they are working on the insurance mistake with Zocdoc , “I’m a physician myself. This is malpractice and false information. Please research this nurse practitioner before committing. Highly unprofessional. I reported her and her practice to Zocdoc.

I was 2 minutes late coming all the way from Summerlin and this provider would not see me. They wanted me to rebook and there was no one else in the waiting room!
Fat chance of that, they lost this patient forever!
