Getting to know Tiesha Panek

After spending over 10 years working as a registered nurse and nurse educator, I felt the calling to change my focus and serve those struggling with their mental health. I earned a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Herzing University, which has equipped me to provide specialized care as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a passion for helping men and women overcome depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit disorders. My goal is for you to feel like your best self! Individualized care plans can be made to fit your lifestyle. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, I can offer alternative treatments for those wishing to avoid prescription medication.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My specialties include the treatment of depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Whether it is therapy you are seeking or someone to manage mental health medications, I am happy and eager to help. I can also offer Christian Counseling for those interested in bringing their faith into their mental health treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A first-time appointment is always scheduled for 60mins. During this appointment, it is important for me to get to know you so this will include a lot of questions. This is required to help with diagnosis and choosing the best treatment plan for you. Follow up appointments for medication management will be scheduled for 30mins. Recurring therapy appointments will be schduled for 60mins. I use talk therapy, CBT, and Christian Counseling for those interested.
