Provider was unprofessional and lacking bedside etiquette. Provider seemed pushy about her personal beliefs towards patient. Not saying she was wrong in her thinking, but the way she shared information was so inappropriate. Very judgmental. Super rude. Will not go back. On top of that, the bathroom was out of soap, none of the automatic hand sanitizers worked and there was patient information in the restroom trashcan.

When I came to the office, I was immediately seen before I could sit down. The assistant that took my vitals was efficient and friendly. The doctor was pleasant, and included my concerns and thoughts for my health plan. She was thoughtful and very informative. I’m happy I chose her.

Dr. Gillion was extremely communicative and was one of the first doctors who really make me feel seen and heard when expressing my concerns about my health.
She explained what all of the lab tests were for and what they measured, and gave me an idea of what to expect going forward.
I feel like I finally found a primary care physician who I’m happy to go back to! I highly, highly recommend her. The rest of the staff was very friendly, kind and prompt as well. ?

Dr. Gillion is incredibly disarming and kind. As a person with medical anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in, but within a few minutes, she made me feel completely relaxed. She laid out what I could expect from my current appointment and explained what would come next.

Dr. Gillion was amazing! Very gentle, kind, and understanding. There was some unnecessary confusion at the front desk about what procedures I was there to receive which was quite chaotic. However Dr. Gillion’s bedside manner made up for the other hiccups.

Seeing Dr. Gillion was actually good. But I will never go back because of all the hoops they made me jump through and how you cannot talk to an actual human when you call. It's maddening. The whole reason I went in was to get a specific medication refill and even though I did all the leg work, when they were supposed to... and calling back numerous times to talk to someone offsite, it's still not resolved. Dr. Gillion herself was wonderful and kind and seemed very good. But the madness of how they run their practice and did do their job is the reason I will never come back. It was the biggest waste of time out of busy workday.

My experience was great. The staff was super friendly and the dr. has a great bedside manner. The only thing that surprised me was I made an appointment for a physical. During my exam, I was informed none of the labs could be completed because lab techs do not work on Sundays. I wish I had known this beforehand, I would have altered my appointment. I will have to return on another day to get my lab work done, which is a bit disappointing and time consuming. Still, this office gets high praise!
