What should a new client know about working with you?
Dealing with mental health issues can be a scary and challenging task. It becomes an even bigger challenge trying to find a provider that takes a progressive, yet holistic approach to managing your mental health. My focus is improving mental health and quality of life. My goal is to provide authentic and non-judgmental care, while keeping your best interest at the forefront. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I provide assessments medication management only at this time.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My goal is to implement an approach that includes both wellness and healing. I use an evidenced based approach in treating a variety of mental health issues. Upon our first session, I will perform an in depth assessment, evaluating you, your priorities and treatment goals. I look forward to meeting you so we can heal together.
