I specialize in medication management and behavioral therapy. Dealing with mental health issues can be a scary and challenging task, and it becomes an even bigger challenge trying to find a provider who takes a progressive, yet holistic approach to managing your mental health. My focus is on improving mental health and quality of life. My goal is to provide authentic and non-judgmental care while keeping your best interest at the forefront.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I’ve seen many psychiatrists over the years, and I’ve never felt truly heard or valued until I met Tiffany. With others I felt like just another appointment on the calendar, very distant and impersonal. Tiffany has created a space where I feel genuinely safe to be open and honest. She listens with care and gives thoughtful, honest feedback not just what I want to hear, but what I need to hear with compassion. She makes me feel like my progress matters.. I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.
