Hello, my name is Tiffany Spencer. I am the founder and operator behind Purple Lily Care Solutions, a place where we are working hard to make a real difference in people's health journeys. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years, with eight years specifically as a clinician. My background is quite unique, I am dual board-certified in Adult Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric-Mental Health, and I hold a Master of Nursing Practice from South University, all while currently working towards my Doctor of Nursing Practice. What this means is I have dedicated my career to understanding and treating the "whole person" both their physical and mental well-being. From preventive care and managing chronic illnesses to tackling mental health concerns and even navigating drug and alcohol dependency, I bring a comprehensive approach to every patient. I started Purple Lily Care Solutions because I saw firsthand how challenging it can be for people to get truly integrated healthcare, especially when systems are fragmented or there are barriers to access. Our vision, "Nurturing Health, Embracing Wellness: Purple Lily Care Solutions — Where Care Comes First," really sums up what we are all about. We dream of a world where physical and mental healthcare are not separate but seamlessly connected under one roof.
