“i saw tiffany for a new patient eval on 2-24-22. the process with life stance from the beginning & throughout has been very smooth. enjoyed virtual eval with tiffany - she is very knowledgeable, relatable & non-threatening. she will now be the prescriber for my psych meds. hoping video connection will improve for future visits.”

When you meet with Tiffany, you'll feel listened to, understood, and accepted with no judgment in a laid-back atmosphere. You'll be accepted for who you are and respected, regardless of where you've been or what you've done in the past. You'll be encouraged to tell your story, air your complaints, and share your opinions. Together with Tiffany, you'll work toward building more self-confidence and bettering yourself.
Tiffany holds a Master's in Nursing from Walden University and has been in the nursing field for more than 25 years, having worked at every level. She's been in the mental health field for 10 years and says it is truly her calling. Her husband of 26 years was in the military for 21 of them, so she has a long history of military life. She's also passionate about the LGBTQ+ community, feeling that everyone needs to be accepted for who they are and not made to feel shamed or guilty.
It's Tiffany's hope that through education and proper medication, each of her patients' quality of life improves. Whether it is to decrease mania, improve mood or memory issues, or deal with trauma, she works with her patients through the process of finding the right medication and treatment regimen that works for them.
Tools that Tiffany uses in her sessions include mental health and medication education, active listening, and involving patients in their care plan. She provides supportive therapy and medication management to help improve each patient's stability.
