My name is Tijuana Temple, and I am the owner of T Temple Family Health NP PLLC. With many years of experience in healthcare, I am dedicated to providing medical care to those in need. My background in telemetry, emergency, internal medicine, endocrinology, psychiatry, and neurology allows me to offer a broad range of services, ensuring my patients receive the quality care they deserve. I graduated from Long Island University with a Master of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. I am AANP Board Certified and a longtime member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. My passion for medicine drives me daily to overcome the challenges of healthcare and motivates me to be a better provider for my patients. The appointment time for a virtual call I made was changed 3 times in one day. A person (that I had difficulty understanding their English), called me several times, without really identifying themself, asking first for personal information, changing the appointment times, saying I had to resubmit all my insurance information in a different window, repeatedly uploading pics of all documents, questioning my residency, location- it was approximately 5 or 6 phone calls. The effort was ridiculous. I sought health care elsewhere.
I never had the appointment.

Horrible, all these doctors lying and saying they accept all insurances just so they can be at the top of the list and then cancel your appointments because you’re not in network with them even though you specifically put in you insurance information to match with a doctor that accepts it. They lie and say they accept all insurances so they look better to Zocdoc and are out at the top of the list.

Should have listened to that one review. Exactly what happened to her happened to me. They sent me the paperwork at the 23rd hour and expected me to have it completed 20 minutes after that. I guess I just wouldn’t recommend making a same or next day appointment with this office . According to the other reviews the actual provider is great, I just never got that far due to the horrible customer service of the office staff.

Ms. Tijuana Temple is great, but is not actually located in the state where I live. If you need someone local, make sure you understand where she is based.

The provider was good, but office was HORRIBLE. Communication was lacking. They sent forms that needed to be completed prior to the appointment, within the next hour (on a work day at 3:30 pm). After I rushed to fill these forms prior to my appt, they said I needed to have it completed 30 mins before the appt, something I was not made aware of. They were also very snippy with me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr Temple was kind, understanding and clearly listened to my concerns. She answered all my questions and I feel hopeful that the course of treatment she recommended will help me. She was caring and suggested that I follow up in 2 weeks to see how the medication was working for me, but she also assured me that if I needed anything before my follow up appointment that she would be available to help me. I had tried three times prior to schedule an appointment on Zocdoc that did not work out. I am happy I tried again and found Dr. Temple.
