Really great experience with Timira. She was kind and listened to all of my concerns. I felt like she was very thoughtful in figuring out what is going on and creating a treatment plan. The office was clean and quiet. The other staff were friendly and efficient.

The fastest dr's appointment I ever had (I was checked in, seen by the doctor, and left by 4:02 pm from a 4pm appointment). Dr and medical staff were great.

The overall practice was not a functional healthcare facility. The nurse did not understand how to do basic check-in procedures and was very rude. The office manger tried ti intervene but didn’t really want to get involved and the PA never showed up. I was told that this particular office was not an urgent care and did not see sick patients.
