From 2005 to 2009, Dr. Downey served as the Chief of the Departments of Surgery and Otolaryngology at Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA. Dr. Downey resides in Chadds Ford, PA with his wife and two kids. His hobbies include travel, drums, and college football.
