This was my first appointment with Dr Mack - who was a consummate professional with a very pleasant bedside manner and affable personality. He made himself very approachable and listened attentively, providing recommendations.
As someone who has a laissez-faire attitude to their own health - I probably would have preferred a bit more of a push to ensure I addressed my own and his concerns but I'm confident that over the course of routine and any necessary visits Dr Mack will follow through.

I was a referred patient from a retiring physician and Dr Mack was wonderful, his Nurse Marcia was fabulous too. I was really apprehensive about this switch after so long with my old Doctor but they were great. He listened to me, and asked a lot of questions, made great recommendations , and we came up with a game plan for the next few months. Im very glad my old Doctor referred me to Dr. Mack and the Main Line Clinic. I know Im going to like it there!!

The experience was better than any I have had for an office visit. His assistant (for lack of another term as she handled a lot of the process)was pleasant and attentive and was interested in the outcome of the visit. More importantly the Doctor stayed with me through the whole process, The team spent more time than I am sure they expected but treated me professionally and without me feeling rushed. I would recommend the Doctor and his group to anyone.
