What should a new client know about working with you?

I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your concerns so we can work together to help you address them to fully live for today and hope for tomorrow.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief/loss, men’s issues, and relationship concerns with an emphasis on healthy communication. I was trained as a generalist psychologist who can work with a variety of concerns and I approach therapy from a client-centered, strengths-based, and interpersonal-relational framework. Putting increased self-awareness into practice and the importance of laughter are other components I bring into the therapy room. Over the years, I have become a strong believer that the relationship we develop in counseling will help with your growth in your daily life.
