What should a new client know about working with you?
I don't adapt a one-size-fits-all approach. Each treatment plan is tailored to you as an individual. Although I don't perform full therapy sessions by itself, I still incorporate psychotherapy techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing in my medication management sessions because I believe in a multi-faceted approach to mental health treatment. As we closely track the progress of your journey, let's engage in meaningful discussions about your medications, natural supplementation, lifestyle changes, and goals. I'm here to genuinely support you, and I want you to feel that.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
After gathering all the information you provide me about your specific mental health challenges, we'll complete a full psychiatric evaluation to ensure we don't miss any important details that may be a missing piece to understanding your full story. I'll share with you my assessment and explore your thoughts on it, before going over your treatment options (both medication and non-pharmacy options). Once you feel good about which of the options might be the best fit for you, we can pursue that and monitor your progress going forward.

Seeing Tim has truly changed my life. His care and understanding have helped me manage my ADHD in ways I didn't think was still possible. I used to doubt that medication could help, but he helped me understand how it could support me in being myself again. For the first time, I feel focused and capable of handling daily challenges that used to overwhelm me. Being able to finally make progress with my ADHD has also lifted a huge weight off my depression. It feels like I can breathe again. Tim genuinely listens, explains things clearly, and truly cares about his patients. I’m so grateful for the positive impact he’s had on my mental health. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
