About Dr. Timothy Udoji

Dr. Timothy Udoji is a pulmonologist caring for the Marietta, GA community. Dr. Udoji earned his bachelor of science degree in molecular and cellular biology from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tenn. and his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Ala. He completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville before serving his fellowship in pulmonary critical care at Emory University in Atlanta. While at Emory University, he also completed a fellowship in interventional pulmonology.
Board-certified Dr. Udoji is a member of the American Association for Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology, the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Udoji is currently in practice with WellStar Medical Group – Intensivists.

Dr. Udoji evaluated all information provided by the patient such as scans and other tests. He was attentive to questions, explained well, and advised appropriate next steps. His manor was polite and straight-forward. We felt he was quite competent and would recommend him to others.
