I provide comprehensive evaluations and medication management, with an emphasis on finding the right treatment plan quickly while minimizing trial-and-error. Appointments are convenient and efficient via telehealth, with flexible scheduling options. Most patients can be seen within a few days. I prioritize understanding your symptoms quickly and develop developing a clear, practical treatment plan from the start. During your first visit, will complete a comprehensive evaluation, review your history, and identify what’s contributing to your current challenges. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and focus related concerns, and I worked a minimize trial and error by using evidence based treatment strategies. Follow up visits are focused in goal oriented. We track progress, adjust treatment as needed, and ensure you’re seeing meaningful improvement in your day-to-day functioning. I value clear, communication, collaboration, and respect for your time. My goal is to help you feel more in control, improve focus, and mental clarity, and get you back to functioning at your best as efficiently as possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The process is structured, efficient, and focused on getting your results as quickly as possible. During the initial visit, we complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including your current symptoms, history, and any prior treatments. We work together to clarify an accurate diagnosis and develop a clear, individualized treatment plan. When appropriate, this may include medication management along with practical strategies to improve daily functioning. Follow up visit visits of focus, focused in goal oriented. We review your response to treatment, make adjustments as needed, and track progress overtime. My goal is to minimize trial and error and help you see meaningful, improve improvements and focus, mood, anxiety, and overall functioning. While my primary role is medication management, incorporate elements of supportive and cognitive behavioral strategies were helpful. For patients who would benefit from more in-depth therapy, I can also help guide referrals. Appointments are collaborative, straightforward, and respectful of your time. The focus is on helping you feel better, function, better, and gain clarity on next steps.
