What should a new client know about working with you?

I use humor a lot. Each patient is unique, and not a disorder. I also use CBT a lot. I never prescribe meds without thorough explanation, and it's never pushed on patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Patients excel with me. I have one patient currently, that went from hoarding, to a clean house, and a promotion at her job, as well as better relationship with her husband. My goal was to place her on the right medication, as well as individualized therapy.
