About Tina Sajadi
Hi, I'm Tina! I'm a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health. I provide telehealth care focused on medical weight management, prescription medication management, and limited treatment for minor acute health concerns.
If you've been struggling with your weight despite your efforts, I understand how frustrating that can be. Weight management isn't always as simple as eating less or exercising more. Your metabolism, medical history, medications, sleep, and lifestyle can all play a role.
I offer medical weight management, including medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide when clinically appropriate. I'll review your health history, discuss your options, and help you understand what to expect, including possible side effects and ongoing monitoring.
I also provide short-term care for certain minor illnesses and medication needs when you can't get in to see your regular primary care provider.
My approach is straightforward and practical. I want you to understand your options, feel comfortable asking questions, and have a treatment plan that works for your everyday life.
