I, Titilope Lawal-Johnson, believe that mental health is an essential part of the overall wellness of a human being, and I’m dedicated to helping people improve the quality of their lives by seeking mental help. At Best Life Psychiatry and Wellness, my team and I collectively provide quality mental health services to ensure the survival and healing of teens, adults, couples, and families suffering from mental disorders. I have 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge that help my patients achieve significant improvements in their mental health symptoms. I serve individuals between the ages of 5 and 65 who are experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues. A comprehensive and in-depth process for assessment, treatment, and aftercare planning is developed to meet the mental health concerns confronting an individual or a family. More families and individuals are dealing with tough mental conditions now more than ever, and we are here to change this. We are here to help you live happier lives by prioritizing lasting efficacy as a part of our treatment philosophy, which leads to youngsters, couples, and families feeling empowered and honing their skills to lead meaningful, happy, and productive lives like they always wanted to. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, which further strengthens my ability to provide compassionate and effective care.

My experience with Dr. Lawal was disappointing & concerning. After paying out of pocket for an appointment regarding my medication, I was left without access to my prescription for over a week, with zero communication, no coverage plan during her absence, and a completely unresponsive prescriber listed under her practice.
Despite multiple contact attempts from both myself & the pharmacy, there was no movement or acknowledgment until I escalated the situation. I was never notified that she would be unavailable, nor was there any system in place to ensure continuity of care, which is especially troubling when controlled substances are involved.
This was not an isolated incident. I’ve experienced this type of communication breakdown with this provider before, and it reflects a larger issue of mismanagement and lack of accountability.
If you're considering care that requires consistent medication management or even basic follow-through, I’d strongly recommend exploring other options.

Provider cancelled my appointment an hour and a half before I the time due to an emergency. That is not an issue but when rescheduling did not work for me I advised the provider I was going to have to cancel completely. I was then marked as a no show when my original appointment time came, despite the provider being the one to cancel. I was blamed for the no show because I did not cancel myself, even thought the provider said they could not be there in advance.
