About Tolulope Rowland

Care should feel personal, thorough, and grounded in real understanding. I am a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner who has been caring for adults since 2011, with a focus on depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. My style is holistic and collaborative: we look at your symptoms, health history, stressors, and strengths, then decide together which steps make sense. Patients often tell me they feel truly heard because I listen closely, ask questions, and follow through on what we discuss. I provide evaluation and medication management for adults with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. In a first visit you can expect careful history taking, open questions, and clear explanations of diagnosis and options. We choose treatment together, aiming for effective relief with whole person care and regular follow up. Starting mental health care can feel daunting, but you do not have to do it alone. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week. If you want a provider who listens, follows through, and treats you as a whole person, I would be honored to work with you.
