Born in Hawaii, she traveled extensively during her childhood as her mother served and retired from the United States Navy. Dr. Beltran has since returned to Michigan, the state where her mother was raised, settling in St. Clair Shores. She has gained a deep understanding of her patients and is dedicated to providing them with the utmost care and professional service, addressing their needs to help them achieve a more productive life.

Honestly the whole experience was amazing. From the receptionist (sorry if that’s not what to call them) but even they were amazing. Talking with Dr. Beltran, she really helped a lot with my concerns, she was funny, and she really eased a lot of my worries. I came in scared and idk if she noticed that but she saw right through it and made my appointment smooth and easy! I can’t wait to keep working with her! Thank you Dr. Beltran and your staff for everything they do. I know words are small but it means so much to me.
