I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and actively involved in decisions about your treatment. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. I take a thoughtful, individualized approach to care rather than treating symptoms with a one-size-fits-all plan. I believe good psychiatric care starts with listening. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, how it is affecting your daily life, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and what you hope to accomplish with treatment. From there, we’ll develop a plan together that fits your needs and goals. Through Roots & Wings Mental Health LLC, I provide convenient telehealth appointments with an emphasis on accessible, respectful, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care. My goal is not simply to prescribe medication, but to help you better understand your mental health and feel confident in the treatment decisions we make together.
