This office is terrible. I walked in and waited at the front desk and had to ask after a few minutes to be checked in. Incredibly disorganized. Once I was finally seen, the nurse didn’t even take my temperature when taking my vitals. They ordered a strep and covid test and told me I would know in 2 days even though I told them I needed these results urgently. I’ve had way better service at Urgent Cares. This morning, I woke up with a throat so swollen I barely could breathe and this office did not help at all. I’m having to see another doctor now.

The office staff was unfriendly and uninformative. I had both of my appointments rescheduled and a procedure rescheduled without any kind of communication or confirmation with me if that was okay. They also have a cancellation fee if these times they reschedule you for do not work for you. The doctor was helpful and kind but then no information was given from the office staff on any of the questions regarding the procedure.

I was nervous to go to the doctor. I had not been in a while. Dr. Sofer along with her staff were extremely well organized, well spoken, were calming , and I began feeling at ease right away. Dr Sofer was a breathe of fresh air (if only all my doctors were as intuitive) I would recommend Dr Sofer to anyone! I’m so glad I chose her, I feel like I will be in good hands moving forward with my treatment .

The schedulers are awful! I had a colonoscopy appointment and they did not set it up correctly even though I called multiple times to try and make sure everything correct. I went through all the steps prior to my procedure for it to be cancelled due to mistakes they made. Taking all the medications prior to the procedure really messes with your body, and to be neglected like that by this office is absolutely awful. I then called to reschedule multiple times and they said they would "call me back" and never did for more than 2 days. On top of that, I had to wait over an hour without any notice inside the patient room even though I had an appointment scheduled way ahead of time. When the doctor came in, she didn't really do anything and then just scheduled me for a colonoscopy. Extremely disappointed in this visit and will not be returning.

Not sure how she got such high reviews. With me she was extremely rushed and not interested in listening or asking many questions. Despite a referral, she spent about 5 minutes with me and would just suggest a next step depending on the particular symptom I complained about rather than trying to understand the big picture and suggest the most promising next step and things to explore. There are some simple tests that can be done in office that she didn't bother to suggest or even bring up. Gave me a referral that I'm not even sure was the most promising next step, just one that I had asked if we should try. I'm not looking for someone to refer me to someone else, i'm looking for someone to help me make sense of an area i'm not educated in but suffering from.
If you have anything complicated I would AVOID, let her take on all the straight forward and easy patients since she doesn't seem to like dealing with patients with more complex and difficult to diagnose issues.

This was such a warm and welcoming environment. Dr Tova was so calming and grounded, but real and fully listened to everything I said and gave me multiple options to move through my current issues. I also saw the cardiologist here (which was unexpected) and he saw me immediately and was incredible. What could have been a very stressful situation ended up being such a wonderful experience. Even though I left with a heart monitor (which could feel scary with the wrong doctor) I felt excited to finally have some answers and guidance I could trust. Highly recommend this place.
