I absolutely love this practice. As a mother of 3 babies aged 2 and under it makes life a lot easier to do telehealth. Ive tried other sites like amazon for minor issues, and have always been told I need to be seen at an actual urgent care. Did online care here and actually got the professional help I needed. I highly recommend to anyone who needs urgent care. They are phenomenal!

As everyone can look at all there reviews and see how poor of a supposed to be doctor/doctors they are because you never even get to see one! I made 2 appointments today and didn’t get seen by anyone or any calls , I called to make sure I was gonna be seen 15 minutes after my appointment time still haven’t heard the man said they will be calling well they never did so needless to say I will be contacting the BBB in the morning….. ????

I used to have a good experience with this office but the last two times the Dr is 3 hours behind in appointments yet they have available appointments every 15 minutes. The math doesn’t make sense. If you are running behind, it’s your responsibility to let people know. Not just keep hanging up on them and coming up with excuses. Stop wasting people’s time.

Terrible never received link for telehealth appointment so I called there office and was asked if I could come in person which I love 100 miles from office then was placed on hold and then told she couldn't subscribe me anything for bronchitis which was a lie I would not have this office as a telehealth option when they don't do telehealth appointments and I then read the comments and realized I wasn't the only person that experienced this problem

The office canceled my appointment after telling me they could not verify my insurance and I refused to pay out of pocket. I tried to work with them but it felt like a money grab and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated. My insurance was then verified by the next doctor I saw with another company 30 minutes later.

This Zocdoc is a ripoff. I booked my appointment online and provided my insurance information they immediately charged me for the visit and I was NEVER SEEN. The doctor NEVER CALLED ME FOR MY VIRTUAL VISIT. When I called the office of course NO-ONE WAS THERE. They charged me FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE. I’M CALLING THE OFFICE TOMORROW AND THE BBB. I will not let them do this to anyone else on my watch. What a ripoff. If I could have rated them a negative zero I would have ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????.

These guys have appointment times open and ready to sign up for within the app, but then you find out after the fact the meetings are really just ghost bookings (i.e., by calling the phone number linked to the profile and receiving no answer, and not receiving any meeting links or notifications). That sucks when Zocdoc goes out of its' way to remind the hell out of clients to not miss the appointments or cancel within 24 hours, then they allow so many providers to post bookings on here that you have to make yourself free for, just for them to waste time you could've spent getting actual help.

I logged in the appropriate time for my virtual appointment. I even received a notification about you receive a link about your appointment. I never received the link to my virtual appointment. I had difficulty adding my card to the portal. I called the office and tried to add it over the phone. The person I talked to was rude and not very helpful. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

The NP asked lots of questions about what was going on because she wanted to be sure to give the right medication and she listened and answered all questions that I had. I was very happy with the outcome and her diagnosis was spot on. It was also very nice not having to go out to see a doctor. I would highly recommend zocdoc to anyone!

I really needed a Doctor mine retired an I didn't know, I googled for one and it brought up Zocdoc and I clicked on it and filled everything out it let me search for a Doctor that took my insurance and I got an appointment the same day I signed up. It let me pick the doctor and I got my prescription that evening. This was the best experience of telahealth I've ever had. I'd gladly use them again.

Everything was good except that I booked an appointment for 8:15 and the dr office rescheduled me to 10:15 instead when I joined at 8:15. The doctor herself was wonderful, expeditious and efficient. I will consider going to her on the regular as long as the scheduling issues are resolved or communication prior to the appointment is better.
